My learning design work is guided by four core pillars: cross-functional collaboration, inclusive design, operational excellence, and a commitment to building delightful outcomes.

I advocate for three people: the learner, the stakeholder, and the future teammate who’ll inherit the system.
Good learning design should outlast its designer.

A blueprint for learning design
Key factors I navigate to move learning programs from concept to launch

- Global and regional reach
- Executive, professional, and general-interest audiences
- Internal program content and external marketing content
Learning Pathways & Modalities
- Theory and applied approaches
- Short-form and long-form content
- Self-paced and cohort-based learning
Talent & Performance
- Internal and external talent
- On-camera presence and training
- Scripted or semi-scripted delivery
Production & Delivery
- Studio, remote, and hybrid filming
- Live, asynchronous, and blended delivery
- White-labeled and branded flagship programs
Technology & Innovation
- Off-the-shelf and custom builds
- Accessibility-first design (captions, transcripts, UX)
- AI-enhanced experiences
Constraints & Alignment
- Budget, timeline, and resource considerations
- Brand, voice, and messaging alignment
- Legal, compliance, and accreditation requirements

Here’s how I leverage AI to tackle common content development challenges and enhance learning experiences.
Filming in-person program content can be expensive and time-consuming. Studio rentals, crew and speaker time, craft services, and other expenses can quickly add up, and content can become outdated shortly after post-production.
AI avatars allow speakers to collaborate on digital versions of themselves, reducing—or even eliminating—the need for in-person filming. As content evolves, updates are as simple as revising the script.
As project lead, I ensure speakers are comfortable with their digital avatar’s likeness, voice, and gestures.
I encourage them to see it as an extension of their teaching style, not a replacement.
I also utilize AI to automate content creation, analyze learner performance and engagement, and enhance accessibility through features like real-time translations.
AI lacks “judgment, nuance, and taste,” as noted in Fortune. I serve as the human in the loop to make informed decisions AI cannot.
AI expands what we can do, but humans decide what matters. 🎯
